Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Mixed Candied Fruit Peels
  • 1 Orange Zest
  • Few drops of Orange Extract
  • 150 g Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Bag Easy Bake Yeast or 25g (a cube) of Fresh Yeast
  • 500 g Strong Flour
  • 280 ml Full Milk
  • 5 g Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together, leaving the candied mixed fruit peels at last (you can roll them in flour, not to fall into the mix once cooked).Yeast and salt have to go in the dough with a little bit of physical distance.
  • Leave it to raise for 2 hours in a warm environment.
  • Bake it at 180 degrees Celsius with fan –200 not fan – for 55/60 minutes – if you put the dough in a cold oven, the dough will raise as the temperature rise, and when reach the right temperature it will actually bake.
