I love to make home-made bread, but unlucky I do not have enough time and/or energy (depends on the day) to do it. So, I am using all the nice tools the technology is giving me (bread-maker 😀 ) in order to still do a nice home-made bread, but in less time and without all the pain! Trust me, this recipe is going to change your approach to home-made bread!

If you have a bread-maker, do not be shy and use it in its full potential! Make it to do your favourite dough, and after put the dough in the oven, so it tastes as real, traditional bread!

Have a look to the video below and Buon Appetito!

Instructions
  1. In the breadmaker bowl put 300 ml of water
  2. Add 250 g plain flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the sugar.
  3. Add the remaining flour and the yeast.
  4. Set up the breadmaker with: 14 minutes knead; 1 hour rise; 9 minutes knead; 1 hour rise. Do not put any cooking time.
  5. While you wait for your breadmaker to do the dough, chop 100 g of Black Pitted Olives, 80 g of Sundried Tomatoes, 50 g of Cheddar Cheese and a bunch of Basil
  6. When the dough is ready, scatter some flour on your worktop, make a thin layer out of it and put all the chopped stuffing on it (see video on youtube, much easier to do than explain)
  7. Now drizzle with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cut the layer in squares. Make some balls with the stuffing inside and merge all of them together.
  8. Let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm environment ( or oven at 50 degrees) and then cook at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  9. Let it cool down and enjoy!
