Tired of dry cakes without any filling? Well then this is the cake for you....

I baked this cake some some days ago as I was going to have some friends over for a tea. I did not expected they loved this cake so much, but they did and actually it is delicious and really easy to make!

Follow the intructions below and enjoy! Maybe a weekend treat? Or week days breakfast?

Instructions
  1. Start with the custurd. Put all the ingredients in a microwave-proof bowl and mix them (better if you use a kitchen robot to do that).
  2. Put the mix in the microwave, maximum power for 3 minutes. Take it out and stir.
  3. Do it again 3 to 4 times, until your custurd has a thick texture.
  4. Put it in the fridge to cool down.
Cake
  1. Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend them.
  2. Pour the cake mix in a buttered baking tray. Drop in the center of it the custard.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  4. If you want you can cover the cake with some cocoa powder.
