Sometimes I feel I need something tasty but light, that's when I do my Citrus Marinade for the salmon fillets. The Sumac spice was a nice discovery and with its citrus-ish flavour give a really delicate and special touch to the marinade! So good!
If you have the salmon in the freezer , unfreeze it for 12 hours before applying the marinade to it, otherwise it will slip away!
Sometimes I use the frozen salmon from Iceland, it is really convenient to have some in the freezer, so you can take it out when there is no time to go to the supermarket but you want still to eat something healthy and nice ;D
