Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 700 g Stewing Lamb (could be use also lamb shoulder , just need some bones to make it more tasty!)
  • 4 tbsp Ras El Hanout
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 60 g Dried Apricots
  • 60 g Dried Figs
  • 1 Lamb Stock Pot
  • 1 can Peeled Plum Tomatoes
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp Flaked Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Cut apricots and figs in small pieces.
  • Massage the lamb with the honey.
  • Transfer in a slow cooker, adding the Ras El Honout, the Stock pot and the Peeled plum tomatoes. Slow cook for 8 hours at low temperature.
  • Once finished add the canned chickpeas and serve with a sprinkle of flaked almonds, enjoy!
  • TIP: If you want add some cus cus, it fits perfectly with the dish!
