Here my new weekly plan, this time as special guest we have Nduja, a spreadable hot salami that you must try! You can use it to make a pasta sauce, spread on bread or spread on some oatcakes with a little bit of cheese on top! My favourite way to use it is in a bruschetta (toasted sourdough bread), with some buffalo mozzarella on top! Enjoy 😀
