What's better than bread? Of course, focaccia!

It goes well for an aperitivo or a party with friends. It can be used to make a sandwich, with mozzarella, tomatoes and rocket, or any filling you like! It is loved by children and adults and it is even vegetarian! There is nothing better in the world!

Here the step by step video:

Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. In a bread maker bowl or in a normal bowl add in this order: water, salt, sugar, oil , flour and yeast.
  2. Now set your bread-maker: knead for 14 minutes, rise for 1 hour, knead for 10 minutes and rise for 1h and 30 mins. You can knead with your hands if you do not have a bread maker, just make sure to respect the timings above.
  3. Create the spices mix: add oil, rosemary and oregano in a small bowl. Meanwhile cut in half the tomatoes.
  4. Prepare your baking tray with parchment paper and drop the dough on it.
  5. Dip your hands in the spices mix and give the typical focaccia shape to the dough (see video).
  6. Spread some some coarse salt on it (as much as you like) and position the halved tomatoes.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy!
