Instructions
  1. See the link below on how to make the dough for the ravioli and make sheets out of it.
  2. Cut the butternut squash in little cubes.
  3. Roast the butternut squash with salt and pepper for 30 minutes at 180 degrees in a fan-assisted mode.
  4. In a mixer add the butternut squash, the gorgonzola, the egg, the cheddar and mix.
  5. Now add the plain flour, mix and check if the mixture is thick enough. If not add a little bit more flour and mix again.
