I love roast beef, it is juice and cooked with healthy vegs! It can be cooked the day before an event and just warmed up later on! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my hosts enjoyed it!

Instructions
  1. Chop 3 pieces of celery, 2 medium onions and 2 carrots.
  2. Put all of them in a pot and add 1 tablespoon of oil, stir fry for few minutes.
  3. Season 800 g of beef with black pepper and add it to the pot turning it around when brown.
  4. When is all brown add 60 ml of red wine, let it cook for few minutes and then add 100 ml of water. Let it cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes using a lid.
  5. Add the salt only at this point!
  6. Put the cooked vegs and the juice in a mixer and mix until it is smooth.
  7. Slice the roast beef and put the vegetable juice on top. Enjoy!
