Sometimes it is nice to change, I really like potatoes, but I like them also more in combination with smoked salmon.  So this time I decided to build a "parmigiana" with potatoes, cheese and smoked salmon. Well, I guess the result was really nice as my boyfriend asked for it twice!

I have to say, it was really good, and I did not add any salt and any other spices as the salmon infused to the potatoes its nice aroma!

Instructions
  1. Peel and cut really thin the potatoes. Sprinkle on them oil and rosemary and mix them. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  2. Once your potatoes are baked, leave it cool down for few minutes, then start to build your lasagna.
  3. In a baking tray put a layer of potatoes, pieces of salmon and pieces of cheese (see video). Do it one more time. The last time just put only potatoes and cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven for 12 more minutes at 180 degrees.
