An healthy and quick recipe for your lunch or your lunch box to prep the night before or in 15 minutes in your lunch break!

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Broccoli (300/400g)
  • 1/2 Vegetable Stock Cube
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper Optional – on top
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Fusilli (Pasta)


  • Chop the onion and stir fry it with extra virgin olive oil. When golden add some water and keep cooking them while you cut the broccoli.
  • Cut the broccoli in small pieces and cook them with the onions for 10 minutes more.
  • Meanwhile, boil the water for the pasta. Once boiled add the salt and the fusilli pasta. I normally boil 90 g for me and 120 for my partner, as he says he needs more energy! Cook the fusilli for approx 9 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the broccoli and onions. Add some pepper or cheese on top if you like! Enjoy!
