Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lamb Rack (7 or 8 ribs)
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the condiments all together with the oil and spread them into the Lamb Rack (you can make some cuts with the knife where the fatty part is). Leave it to marinate for2 hours in the fridge.
  • Cook it in a pre-heated oven/Ninja foodi bakefunction for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Turn the lamb where the fatty part is and grill it for 5 to 10 minutes. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes prior to cut it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Carre’ D’Agnello (7 or 8 costolette)
  • 1 cucchiaio da tè Rosmarino
  • 1 cucchiaio da tè Timo
  • 2 Spicchi d’Aglio Schiacciati
  • Sale
  • Pepe Nero
  • 2 Cucchiai Olio EVO

Instructions
 

  • Fai un mix con i condimenti e l’olio e cospargili sul carre’ d’agnello. Se vuoi fai dei tagli nella parte piu’ grassa con il coltello. Lascia marinare almeno per 2 ore nel frigo.
  • Cuoci in un forno pre-riscaldato a 180 gradi Celsius (forno ventilato) oppure nella Ninja Foodi – funzione baking per 25 minuti.
  • Gira l’agnello in modo che la parte piu’ grassa  sia esposta e fai fare il grill per 5/10 minuti.
