Ingredients
  

Polenta

  • 500 g Polenta Express
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
  • 1.5 l Water
  • Rosemary

Pork Tomato Sauce

  • 1 medium Brown Onion
  • 2 Pork chops
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes Cans
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Stock Cube

Instructions
 

Pork Tomato Sauce

  • Chop the onion and fry them with the olive oil.
  • Chop in the Pork Chops, to make it small bites, use also the bone, it give so much taste to the sauce! Add it to the onions.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and the vegetable cube. Leave it to cook for 20 minutes.

Polenta

  • Boil the water. If you have a soup maker or a termomix use it! Otherwise you can use a normal pan and stir!
  • Add salt, rosemary and stock cube. Add the polenta and stir for 8 minutes (or check the time for your polenta in the back of the pack).
  • Pour on the dish the polenta and add the pork tomato sauce on top, enjoy!
