Cherry Tomatoes and Swordfish Spaghettoni Quadrati

Ingredients
  

Swordfish and Cherry Tomatoes Sauce

  • 1 stake swordfish
  • 1 can cherry tomatoes or 200 g fresh ones
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1/2 stock pot Fish – Knorr
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Spaghettoni Quadrati

  • 220 g Spaghettoni Quadrati (De Cecco – you can find it in Ocado)
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Stir fry the garlic with the oil and then add the tomatoes. Let it cook few minutes and add white wine and the fish half stock pot. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile boil the spaghettoni for 11 minutes in the water with the salt added. 4 minutes before they are ready cut in pieces the swordfish stake and add to the sauce (you do not want to overcook it).
  • Drain the spaghettoni and add it to the sauce, stir it and leave 2 minute minutes to cook. Serve and enjoy!
