Weekly Meal Plan #3

Here my new weekly meal plan! I want to try some new recipes this week, so I have consulted some of my cooking books and some internet recipes as well.

Also for breakfast, I decided to have more variety of fruit, not just a specif kind, so I am going to try fruit in can, so I bought a princes fruit cocktail in juice. Check it out it is in juice, so there will not be any sugar, I am really careful checking that when I buy my grocery.

I normally do salads to go with my dishes, and I have tried to add it to the menu, but I change so much my plan depending how much we eat it, that I do not want to write it! Just for you to know, this week in my fridge I have: fennel, chicory, carrots, iceberg, roman lettuce, radish and cucumber! So we will have loads of mixed salads!

I also buy whole pomegranates, as I adore the seeds. I really like it when gets really mature, so it is so sweet and red. I know that for some people think is hard to open it, but it really takes 2 minutes, check out this link. To get it really mature, I buy and wait between one and two weeks before actually open it, amazing taste!
