  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Celery Stick
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 250 g Polenta (Fast cooking)
  • 1 Vegetable Cube
  • 2 Pelled Plum Tomatoes Cans
  • Dry Rosemary
  • Dry Parsley
  • Salt


  • Stir fry a chopped onion,carrots and celery with the oil. Add the lamb pieces and after 5 minutes the plum tomatoes cans and the vegetable cube .Let it cook at low flame for 30 minutes.
  • Boil the water (4x the amount of polenta), add the salt, parsley and rosemary.  Add the polenta and cook it for how long does the pack says (it said 5 minutes in mine!)
  • Spread the polenta ready on a dish and top it up with the lamb sauce.
